The Experiment
This gathering includes a live, participatory offering called The Experiment. Using a heart rate monitor app, we will take baseline readings at the beginning of the day to observe markers related to mood, coherence, and nervous system state. We will be taking these readings alongside participants joining online through the Inner Circle live broadcast, breaking through the digital and real world divide.
At the end of the day, we will take a second reading to observe how our bodies respond to a full day of singing, movement, shared intention, and community presence. This is a collective inquiry into how music and togetherness shape our inner physiology.
